• A designated consultant will take comprehensive details of each temporary booking you wish us to fill.
• We will respond quickly to your requirements, working closely with you to match these to our large pool of high quality temporary staff.
• All our temporary staff will have undergone a face-to-face interview and undertaken rigorous office skills' assessments. Their references and eligibility to work will also have been thoroughly checked.
• Our temporary staff will be carefully briefed – enabling them to understand the requirements of the booking and be productive immediately.
• We will keep in regular contact to ensure that you are satisfied with the service we are providing. This will include a courtesy telephone call on the first day of each booking, weekly re-book calls and visits to confirm that we are fully meeting your needs.
• A temp-to-perm option is also available, which will enable you to try a candidate on a temporary basis before employing them permanently,
• Our no-quibble performance guarantee means that if during the first four hours of a booking, you find one of our temporary staff unsatisfactory, there will be no charge for their work and we will find a replacement as soon as possible.
